With Parkinson's disease, movement is key to helping delay the progression of symptoms. During this 4 session program, you will learn upper and lower body stretching exercises, breathing techniques, voice and speech exercises, sit to stand techniques, tall and steady exercises and more. After completion, flexibility, balance, coordination and communication skills should have shown improvement.
