Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in Seven Rivers Regional Medical Center's charitable giving program. In keeping with our core values, we support non-profit organizations committed to improving health and human services in our community.

We receive many more requests than we can support. In making funding decisions, Seven Rivers Regional will prioritize organizations that:

• support broad-based community health initiatives
• target key geographic areas
• target key demographic audiences
• support organizations where associates volunteer
• align with the hospital strategic goals
• offer good advertising incentives for dollars invested

Whether a request is for cash, promotional giveaways, volunteer staffing or other non-financial resources, we will do our best to contribute to organizations, projects and activities that align with our values.

Restrictions

We are unable to support the following:

•  political causes or candidates
• groups requesting funds for individual or private causes

As a general rule, no request in excess of $1500 per year to any single group or event will be considered. Depending on fund availability, requests may be denied even if they meet the criteria.

How to Apply

Complete the Charitable Giving Application and submit it with a request letter and proof of non-profit status to:

Requests should generally be submitted at least 60 days prior to your anticipated need. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.  This process is in place to ensure all applications are evaluated equally and fulfill our mission, vision, values and strategic plan.
